Covid cases would be falling in US if not for CA. Took 9 mos for CA to record 1M cases, 6 wks for 2nd million. Strict lockdowns, closed churches, ban on outdoor dining, mask mandates don’t work. What about homeless, millions of immigrants (legal & illegal) in overcrowded housing?
