Of course, bureaucrats won’t lose their jobs from shutdown of the pipeline, fracking, and other oil, gas and coal industries. And Fauci and his cronies didn’t lose their jobs from a 10-month lockdown. A good definition of tyranny is a small elite living in luxury, while foisting crippling regulations on working people. To Dryden’s wise words I would add, “Beware the official who causes problems for you that he exempts himself from.”
