So if they succeeded in burning it down, as they did with the police station, would that have qualified as domestic terrorism?

Have we reached the point that as far as the federal govt is concerned, only the Right can be terrorists? I am hardly young, but in my life I have never met a white supremacist. Yet the Dems & the Feds (but I repeat myself) see them everywhere. Is this the new definition for conservatism?
