We citizens must follow CDC guidelines. We must mask even outdoors (2 masks better), socially distance, avoid groups, avoid vulnerable, not fly – and do all this even after 2 vaccine doses. But thousands of illegal immigrants arrive in large crowds without testing. Even those who test positive are put on planes and buses to spread over US.

Questions: 1) Who has authority to disregard CDC guidelines? Not Biden, he doesn’t know what’s happening. Perhaps Secretary of Homeland Security? Director of CIA?

2) What do you call it when people infected with a potentially fatal disease are intentionally spread across a nation? Would the term biological warfare come to mind?
