“Fact Checker” checks undeniable fact that Biden forgot name of his Secretary of Defense Gen Austin, calls it of “mixed” truth. Yes, Biden didn’t remember it, but that didn’t mean he forgot it. Maybe he just sidetracked himself with a folksy anecdote.

Oh, and that’s better? The President sidetracks himself and doesn’t return to his original train of thought? That’s actually worse than forgetting a name. It implies inability to concentrate on the problem at hand.

We can’t rely on the “fact checker” any more than we can rely on the President’s mental acuity. Time to face facts.
