Thought experiment:
• Imagine Trump were still in the Oval Office.
• Imagine he sent more troops to Syria despite the risk of conflict with Russian troops there.
• Imagine he shot rockets into Syria despite the risk of hitting Russians.
• Imagine he insulted Putin as a “killer” and threatened Putin would “pay a price.”
• Imagine Putin reacted by calling home his ambassador to the US.

Democrats and the mainstream media (but I repeat myself) would scream that Trump was insane and had to be removed from office immediately. “News” papers would have ominous headlines. TV pundits would warn that nuclear war was imminent. Ordinary people would be worried.

But what actually happened when Biden did all this? A small 3-inch article appeared at the bottom of page 4 of the paper. There was almost no mention on network TV. Pundits lapsed into unusual silence. Most people remained unaware that anything had happened.

Conclusion: The US no longer has a free press. It has a propaganda machine that always acts in concert with the left wing of the Democratic Party (but I repeat myself again).
