In boxing, when one opponent is so superior to the other that there is no point in continuing, the referee can declare it “no contest” and stop the fight. There is no reason to bore the audience while risking injury to the outclassed fighter.

Secretary of Health and Human Services Xavier Becerra, J.D. was questioned by Senator Rand Paul, M.D. Paul probed for reasons that Becerra used the insult “flat earthers”for those who assert – correctly – that natural immunity from having had Covid is as good as, or superior to,  immunity from the vaccine.

Paul is an M.D. who practiced as an ophthalmologist. Bererra is a J.D. who was California attorney general, and has no science degree or training in health care. Watch the exchange. If you were the referee, you would be remiss if you did not declare “no contest” and stop the one-way beating.
