Many mall robberies in CA, not in AZ or TX. Almost impossible to get concealed weapon permit in CA cities. Unless it’s an off-duty cop or a gang-banger, no one in mall has gun. But in AZ & TX, many people armed, do not like to be threatened with hammer.
