Front page headline in LA Times refers to “big lie” in Arizona election. What “big lie”? So far the only complaint is that counting the votes takes ridiculously long. This is an undisputed fact. Apparently the “big lie” hasn’t been told yet. So how did the Times decide it will be a “big lie”?

If a Democrat wins, any complaint about the casting or counting of ballots must be a “big lie.” Whether a statement is a “big lie” depends not on its objective truth, but on which party it challenges. If it challenges the establishment Democrats, it is by definition a “big lie.” Along this road lies tyranny. If we do nothing, we’ll be there before you know it.
