California pedestrian, bicycle deaths up. The response?
• Defund police, few patrols, fewer traffic citations.
• Allow bicycles to blow through stop signs and red lights.
• Stop giving jaywalking citations.
Fewer traffic citations=more dangerous drivers.
Blowing stop signs and red lights=more risk for bicyclists.
No jaywalking citations=more pedestrians not in crosswalks.
This is pure leftism: Do everything to make a problem worse, then pose as savior and seek more government power to solve the problem.
