In other words, masks might work – if all people wore them properly and continually. Who knows? This is like saying, “Real communism hasn’t been tried.” Wherever it was tried it produced poverty and tyranny. But who knows? Like masks, communism might work in some ideal world if done by ideal people. But in the real world done by real people, both are abject failures. Get over it.
