If I take oxycodone but take too much, this is an overdose. But if i take what I think is oxycodone but the tablets are laced with fentanyl, it is poisoning, that is, homicide. If the fentanyl was added purposely, it is murder. If the addition of fentanyl is planned and facilitated in another country, it is chemical warfare. We can ignore these facts, but this does not make them any less real.
