Now Even Red Cross Is Anti-Semitic

First the presidents of Harvard, MIT, and Penn declare that genocide of Jews can be a legitimate subject of discussion depending on “context.” Now even the Red Cross is taking sides. Israeli parents asked the Red Cross to deliver prescription medication to their daughter, a 30-year-old veterinary nurse who has been a prisoner of Hamas for 60 days. But the Red Cross refused, and instead subjected the parents to a lecture on being more sympathetic to Hamas. This is pure, unadulterated cruelty verging on sadism – exactly the opposite of what we expect from the Red Cross, and what we donate for.

My father said it. Anti-Semitism is like beige – it goes with everything: Left wing, right wing, socialists, fascists, and now even Ivy League universities and the International Red Cross. But some of us have long memories. Donate to Harvard, MIT, or Penn? Send money to the Red Cross? Send our kids to Ivy League schools? Vote for government or private grants? You must be joking.

RAFAH, GAZA - NOVEMBER 30: Hostages are transported in International Committee of the Red Cross vehicles from the Gaza Strip through the Rafah land crossing on November 30, 2023 in Rafah, Gaza. Israel and Hamas agreed to a further extension to a truce that has lasted nearly a week, which promised the release of more Israeli hostages held in Gaza, as well as the release of Palestinian prisoners held in Israeli jails.
