Mainstream Media Malice

There is an old proverb that states: ” Do not attribute to malice what can adequately be explained by stupidity.” But the reverse also holds true: “Do not be in denial about malice when it is all too obvious.”

President Trump ordered the rescue of two downed airmen in Iran. This was accomplished with great difficulty, but with no US casualties. This enormous success was misrepresented by some of the media as an almost-disaster with dozens of US casualties.

This is not just misrepresentation or misinterpretation. It is outright lying. It is disseminating enemy propaganda. It is intolerable. And we must not tolerate it. The reporters for these media must be banned from all combat zones, as well as from all press conferences or other media events. We are not obligated to facilitate enemy propaganda.

After World War II, we knew what to do with citizens who acted as enemy propagandists. The US sentenced Tokyo Rose to life imprisonment, and the British hanged Lord Haw-Haw. Keep that in mind.
