California Hospice Fraud Worse Than Expected

The scandal was thought to have cost taxpayers millions. Now it may be billions. Here we see a burrito stand that is also a registered hospice.

Does this mean (1) that the hospice is totally fraudulent, and a siphon for taxpayers’ money, or even a money laundry for the cartel? Or does it mean (2) that the food is so bad you may need a hospice? I vote for (1).

Don’t know whether to laugh or cry. Maybe both.
