Trust The Media?

We just watched a major network TV station and saw a report of the mass shooting at In-N-Out Burger in Twin Falls, Idaho. The killer was pictured. Why not? He was White. One of the victims was pictured. She was an employee.

But you know who was not pictured? That iconic photo above. The legally armed bystander who left a position of relative safety and risked his life to engage the killer. An autopsy will show whether any of his rounds hit the killer. But by shooting at him, this man surely distracted the killer and thus saved many lives.

The chief of police acknowledged his heroism. But the media tried to bury it. This heroic citizen was not mentioned. Of course not. Guns are “bad.” So only criminals have guns, correct? This is far from true, as the above photo shows. But it is the progressive ideal.

Trust the media? What, are you crazy?
