I don’t know enough about judo to use the correct Japanese term for this throw. All I know is that judo is performed on a mat, albeit a thin one, and not on a hardwood floor. Repeated throws to a hardwood floor may cause concussions, and eventually CTE (chronic traumatic encephalopathy).

When you can’t tell WNBA from MMA, you might, just possibly, have a problem.
