New Manhattan DA makes it clear: Let lesser crimes occur, just don’t call them crimes. LA DA does the same. Opposite of “broken windows”: deny they’re broken, step over glass fragments. If you set out to destroy a nation, what would you do differently? Nothing? You see my point.
