Report: Bob Woodward book claims Joint Chiefs Chair Gen. Milley undercut Trump, called China general, told him if we attacked Milley would call first. Told Natl Military Command Center to do nothing without his okay. This is sedition or mutiny under UCMJ, punishable by death or life in prison.

Constitution? West Point Honor Code? Civilian commander-in chief? Say what?

Apparently Gen. Milley sees himself as Oberbefehlshaber der Wehrmacht. But in fact he is senior advisor to president & secretary of defense with NO direct command authority. Narcissism+disloyalty=deep trouble, must be rooted out.
