• CA legislature rejects increased penalties for fentanyl dealers. It would interfere with “prison reform,” that is, letting criminals out of prison. How many people is that idea killing? But ideologues don’t care about the negative effects of their pet ideas. They deny there are any negative effects because they refuse to look.
