Red And Blue States Divorce – What About Restraining Order?

By | March 1, 2023 | 0 Comments

Talk of a divorce between red and blue states has left the realm of tinfoil hats and become mainstream. Such a divorce would be extremely difficult and possibly violent. But what then? When an abusive relationship ends, one party – or perhaps both – get a restraining order, also called an order of protection. The abusive partner is ordered to keep away from the other.
