If they say this is a presidential record, Trump can say no it isn’t. If they say this is top secret, Trump can say no it isn’t. The raid was a fishing expedition to find something against Trump, even if courts would later throw it out. Partisan politics + law enforcement = toxic mixture lethal to a constitutional republic. But they knew that, too.
