– Insurrection? Everyone unarmed. Not charged.
– Trespassing: With cops gesturing them in? Not charged.
– Riot: In practical terms yes, but not legally, cops never declared unlawful assembly.
– Damaging property & disturbing the peace? Yes, but misdemeanors. Worth stewing about for a year and a half?
