Bill Maher delivers wisdom and realism, while the presidents of Harvard, MIT, and Penn spout hatred. Perhaps there is a lesson here. Perhaps a humorist is a better source of wisdom than a flock of tier-one academic idiots. Perhaps there is a reason we can spend four years in a prestigious university and never once hear the word “wisdom,” much less actually get any. The guy who sweeps the floor knows mass murder is a bad thing, but the learned presidents of these august institutions need “context” before they decide. Maher is a comedian, but these imbeciles evoke laughter – not in humor, but in derision.
