“New Forms Of Journalism”

Barack Obama says it’s time to experiment with “new forms of journalism” with “government regulatory constraints.” No, these are not new. Tyrants have used them for centuries to prop up their regimes. The most notable was Herr Doktor Joseph Goebbels, Hitler’s Minister of Propaganda and Public Enlightenment.

Yes, Mr. Obama, that is surely what we need: More public enlightenment with government regulatory constraints. No one with a shred of understanding of our Constitution, or of freedom in general, could possibly talk like that.
