You thought the remnants of the Old West still lived. Maybe, but barely. Both Montana and Wyoming – Longmire country – are party to a “kidnapping.” They seized a teenage girl from her parents’ custody because she claimed she was a boy, bound her breasts to flatten them, and planned puberty blockers, despite the fact that all this is illegal in Montana if performed on a minor without parental consent. They then moved the girl to Wyoming, where such “therapy” is legal.

Thought taking women, and especially children, across state lines for immoral purposes has been illegal for decades. Must be mistaken.

The essence of the Old West isn’t ten-gsllon hats, or horses, or manure in the street, or even Colt .45s. The essence of the Old West is a deeply ingrained belief in Biblical and American ideals. Guess it’s pretty well dead. May it rest in peace. So may we. If you’re looking for the Old West to save us from terminal wokeness, think again.
