Justice Dept. official: “We’re starting with the suspicious activity reports … and let me tell you, the evidence is overwhelming.” Oh, you mean those billions of dollars didn’t just vanish into a black hole, they actually ended up in politicians’ off-shore bank accounts? No! You don’t say!

All this reminds us of Murphy’s Law of Rocks: If you turn over a rock, do not expect to find butterflies. Worms, maggots, miscellaneous disgusting bugs, yes, but no butterflies. Trump and his people are turning over some really big rocks. Stay tuned.
