Army Parades On Their 250th Birthday? Oh No!

The Irish Guards parade though London on the king’s birthday. The Garde Républicaine marches through Paris on Bastille Day. The Kremlin Guard puts on a show for May Day. Other nations can have their military parades on their special days. Why not? Their citizens can show their patriotism. It’s only natural.

But if the U.S. Army parades in our nation’s capital on the Army’s 250th birthday, oh no, that’s fascism, that’s Nazism, that’s being like North Korea. It’s treating President Trump like a king. Say what?

If you hate America so much that you resent our special days, go to a country you do respect, if there is one. Or go live in a shack in the woods like the Unabomber Ted Kaczynski. He didn’t have indoor plumbing, so he had to deal with bears who went where he went. But at least he didn’t have to deal with people who actually love their country.

You’d be surprised how many of us there are. We’re not on the internet, running around with foreign flags, setting fires. We’re just sitting here, watching and waiting. But like your daddy told you, it’s not the noisy ones you have to watch out for. You know they’re trouble. It’s the quiet ones. You don’t see us coming.
