Some people understand “Leave no one behind.” Others understand only “Cover your behind.”

Some people understand the meaning of loyalty. Other people understand only the meaning of career.

Some people understand the meaning of your honor. Other people think it is a title for judges.

Some people are made of steel, so extreme heat and hammering make them stronger. Other people are made of junk, so any pressure at all makes them crumble.

Some people would risk death or disfigurement to save a comrade. Other people double mask while walking alone outdoors.

Some people fight for their country and their ideals. Other people tear down the country and idolize money.

Some people stand tall when they hear “The Star Spangled Banner.” Other people take a knee.

Some people look at the 13 fallen Americans and see heroes. Other people look at them and see fools from middle America who never went to college and learned to hate their own country and their own people.

It all depends on your point of view.
