There is the silent majority, but if they remain silent, they may allow tyrants to take over and terrible things to happen. And then there is the vocal minority, on whom we all depend. They don’t tolerate bullies. They speak out when others are reticent. They don’t go along to get along. They are sheepdogs, not sheep.
