White House Press Secy Karine Jean-Pierre calls Justice Thomas “Judge Thompson.” Is this 1) Profound ignorance, 2) Profound disrespect. or 3) Both of the above? Similar to SCOTUS referring to “President Benson.” As usual, the media fob it off as an innocent mistake or ignore it completely. Wonder what Speaker Pennini has to say?
Thomas is the most senior justice as well as the most senior black justice. Disrespect for him is disrespect for the Supreme Court itself. Perhaps that’s the point. The Court handed down a decision the Left disliked. So disrespect the Court as a prelude to packing it with leftist appointees. Could this be the plan?
