Okay If They Sing, Not If They Compose

Judge blocks DOJ from continuing to view Mar-a-Lago documents. DOJ must wait till special master decides what is executive privilege, attorney-client privilege, doctor-patient privilege, spousal privilege, etc.
All this recalls what Prof Dershowitz said about snitches: Okay if they sing, not if they compose. DOJ must not be allowed fabricate evidence, claim it found documents that were not there. If they do, now the special master can say, “Wait, that wasn’t there when I went through the papers.” The Fourth Amendment is critically ill, but it’s not yet on a ventilator.
