Putin signs decree incorporating areas of Ukraine into Russia. Question: Will this give areas of Russia the idea they can leave and become parts of Ukraine, Poland, etc.? Once people realize that boundaries on maps are not carved in stone, who knows what might happen? Putin may have wakened a sleeping giant. We’ll see.
