Venezuela was the richest nation in S. America. Socialist Chavez sent it into poverty, socialist Maduro sends it further. But the people still believe in socialism, look for the guy who can do it right. It’s the same in LA. All-Democrat city council heard using anti-Black slurs. Try GOP? No, LATimes wants to go further left. If we just do more of what isn’t working, all will be well. If there is a mind-set less favorable to progress, I have yet to hear of it.
