Bottom line: 1) Man is mentally unstable, probably drug user, motive unclear to him so how can we know? 2) We can’t trust the media, they will put a political spin on anything they can. Sadly, the  media are less trustworthy than the man with the hammer, and more dangerous to democracy as well.
