My father was a small-town doctor in North Dakota. He supported his family by caring for patients. He read the AMA Journal, published by an organization of other private practitioners. Now many doctors are employed by the government or large groups. They support their families by pleasing their bosses and following the procedure manual.

You see the result: Subservience to mask, vaccine, and other mandates. Reluctance to complain or offer other opinions. Groupthink rather than original ideas. A noble calling turned into a job.  Thanks so much!
