There is no question mark after the title. That is not a question. We know where the Brady material is: with the DOJ. That was a demand that it be released to the public and to defense counsels. And if some, or most, of the Jan. 6 convictions will be thrown out, so be it. The mission of the DOJ is not to support the Democratic Party. It is not to get convictions. The mission is justice. That’s why they call it the Department of Justice, and not like in the UK, the Office of Public Prosecutions. Let’s try to remember that.
