CA Faces Power Shortage

CA power grid stretched thin after closure of power plants fueled by natural gas. coal, and nuclear. Gov. Newsom plans to relieve shortage by reopening closed plants. Alternate plan: Squeeze his hair and recover thousands of gallons of Pennzoil 20/50.
