A defendant does not have the right to criticize the judge or prosecutor? The leading presidential candidate does not have the right to express opinions? A government official has the power to muzzle American citizens? If you say something the government disapproves of, you may go to jail?

Did these people finish high school, much less law school? Did they ever hear of the First Amendment? Did they ever consider why it was placed first? Did they ever hear of due process and fair trial? In fact, on what planet did they grow up? Not on the Planet Earth with which I am familiar. Whether we have been visited by space aliens is disputed. But it is beyond dispute that these judges and prosecutors hold beliefs that are totally alien to America/
