Report: Jewish Student’s Nose Broken At Tulane Pro-Palestinian Demonstration.

Perhaps this is a new form of education – physically attack those who hold opinions with which the progressives disagree. No more free speech. No more open debate. No more challenging the young to make up their own minds after hearing both sides. And surely no more “safe spaces,” which in reality were safe only for leftist opinions.

No, the disguise of academic freedom has been cast off. Now we see budding Nazis in all their ugliness. A young Jewish student speaks up for Israel? Punch him in the face and break his nose. It’s just a Jewish nose anyhow. As was the case in German and Austrian universities of the 1930s, Jewish students and professors are no longer physically safe.

But do these first-class idiots actually believe families will continue to take out second mortgages to send their kids to prestigious universities if they will not be physically safe there? The progressive indoctrination centers masquerading as universities are, in fact, self-destructing. Good riddance.

They will be replaced by reborn universities or, equally good, trade schools, where kids can get a real education and learn skills that will enable them to support a family. But if you still want to beat up Jews, perhaps your own nose will be at risk. We are not the disarmed European Jews of the 1930s and 1940s. We won’t climb meekly onto boxcars.

We know the difference between a clip and a magazine. I was taught that in ROTC at age 14 by Master Sergeant Lee, who had the CIB and a Purple Heart from being hit by a German machine gun round while leading a platoon across a French field. I will never acquiesce to Nazi-like intimidation. I wouldn’t want to disappoint  Master Sergeant Lee.
