Harvard’s world famous Dana Farber Cancer Institute announced that many papers are either under review or have already been retracted. The motto of Harvard is Veritas, truth. Perhaps it should be Mendacium, lie.

The new co-chair of its antisemitism task force is a virulent Israel-hater.And its med school muckamucks have allegedly been faking their research. Worse, the faked data were only detected by an amateur outsider on a crusade against academic fraud. Even now, the institute is conducting an internal review debating the profs’ intent to deceive.”
This is not a minor problem. It is a major catastrophe. It represents the undermining of all science, especially medical science, on which our lives depend. First we weep. Then we get angry, really angry, and we clean house.
