Putin: President Joe Biden is not running the United States. According to Putin, “Biden is merely a façade for the power structure that truly runs the country.” So if you say the same thing, will you be charged with spreading Putin propaganda? Stating the obvious may be no defense. Nor is the truth. If what you have to say about politics, or the vaccine, or whatever is not what the government has to say, you may be in big trouble, even if it is provably true.
