Mexico, where machismo is the norm, elects a woman as its president? Mexico, where Catholicism is the norm, elects a Jew? Yes, Claudia Sheinbaum is an attractive candidate, mayor of Mexico City and a lifelong leftist, where leftism is the norm. But what is going on here?
Perhaps a strong majority of Mexicans is saying, rather loudly in fact, that they are tired of the same old thing. They are tired of the same old politicians offering the same old baloney.
Baloney contains many preservatives, but it cannot last forever. Eventually it gets so stale that even devotees of preserved meats no longer can stand it. They throw it in the garbage and turn to something they hope will be more healthful. But at least it will be something newer.
Biden and friends in the Deep State, take notice. If macho, Catholic Mexicans can turn to a Jewish woman, who can Americans turn to? Specifically, who can Americans turn to when they resent being bullied into turning to the same old baloney that is making them sick to their stomachs? Americans don’t like stale baloney, but they really hate being bullied. Deep State judges should remember that.
