Pope Francis became the first Pope to address a G7 summit. Reportedly he spoke about the dangers of AI, an important topic. One might hope he would talk about the obligations placed on the rich and powerful by Jesus. But one might fear that he would talk about the enabling granted to the rich and powerful by Marx. So AI was a safer topic.
