Old joke:
The International Association of Chiefs of Police is holding its annual convention. Afterwards they meet in the bar and start boasting.
The director of the FBI says, “We solve a serious crime in an average of one week.”
The commissioner of Scotland Yard says, “In London we solve a serious crime in six days.”
The commissaire of the Paris police says, “That’s nothing, we do it in five days.”
The head of the Kiminalpolizei says, “In Germany we solve a serious crime  in four days.”
They turned to the head of the KGB, who retorted, “Ridiculous! In Russia we know who the perpetrator is before he commits the crime.”

Same thing here. We know who won the debate, and who shows signs of dementia, before the debate occurs. Nothing to boast about, though.
