Outrage as iconic maker of tractors and other farm equipment slashes over 1000 American jobs and moves most manufacturing to Mexico after 187 years.
And you were saying that the Democrats’ policies are working and the economy is strong? You were saying “America is back”? Back where? Back to the pre-industrial era? Back where we couldn’t make what we needed? Smartphones from China, not good. Farm tractors from Mexico, even worse.
No borders, no official language, no common culture, now no farm equipment. In what sense are we still a nation, rather than merely a geographical area where some unidentified people happen to be living for a while? And who did it? The self-identified “friends of working people.” With friends like that…
Some people spent their early years in a small Midwestern town. They know the importance of farming equipment. They saw farmers and the blacksmith try to keep it running. Other people live in upscale condos and gated communities. They think food comes from the supermarket. They can’t tell a combine harvester from a backhoe. They have not the slightest interest in where John Deere manufactures its products. These people control the fate of what used to be our nation.
