We have every reason to believe this story is true. But even if it is not, it illustrates a crucially important point. You can easily imagine Trump doing this. But can you imagine Joe Biden, Kamala Harris, Gavin Newsom, Pete Buttigieg, or any of the other Democrat hopefuls doing anything similar? You can’t? You see my point.

We live in a dangerous world. We would prefer that it not be this way, but it is this way. If history proves anything, it is that weakness attracts bullies. Trump is by far the strongest candidate.
