President Of Smartmatic Indicted On $1 Million Bribery, Money Laundering Charges

Now can we dare to criticize the manipulations of the 2020 election? Now can we even mention this news report without the FBI coming to visit? Bribery and money laundering are serious crimes meriting prison time.

In the film “Molly’s Game,” the protagonist visits a lawyer to ask whether her high-stakes poker game is legal. The lawyer replies, “Probably.” But then he adds a warning: “Don’t do anything illegal while you’re doing something illegal.” That is, if the poker game is only probably legal, don’t add anything else that is questionable – for example, prostitution.

Same thing here. If the voting machines are of questionable accuracy and also liable to hacking, don’t add bribery and money laundering. Molly Bloom took the lawyer’s advice and barely avoided prison. Mr. Smartmatic Voting Machines did not take the lawyer’s advice and may wind up behind bars. But at least we now are free – I believe – to question the whole convoluted mess. When an organizational diagram begins to look like a plate of spaghetti, do you think, just possibly, that we should consider simplifying things?

Paper ballots were simple, easy to use, and easy to recount and verify. No wonder they got rid of them.
