2) Iran moves Supreme Leader, Ayatollah Khamenei, to a safe location. This has never happened before.

Do you imagine, just possibly, that there is a causal relation between 1) and 2)? Do you suppose, just conceivably, that so long as Israelis act like good little Jews and line up to get on Nazi boxcars, anti-Semites sleep soundly in their beds at home? But as soon as Israelis fight back, anti-Semites must be moved to a safe location? Of course, this assumes that there is a safe location.
