Jack Smith Poisons Jury Pool

Special Counsel Jack Smith, who was appointed without Senate confirmation, is allowed by the judge to release documents supporting his election interference case against Trump. Is this:

1) Election interference itself, publicizing information intended to embarrass Trump just before the election, without the other side being able to present Trump’s case.
2) Poisoning the jury pool, exposing them to information intended to prejudice them against Trump. without any opportunity for Trump’s lawyers to object or the judge to rule on objections, and without Trump’s lawyers having the chance to present their side. Getting an unbiased jury is now impossible, assuming that is what the court wants, which is a big assumption.
3) Both of the above.

Obviously, getting Trump was more important than preserving the integrity of our judicial system. As leftists repeatedly said, “By any means necessary.” What better definition of “amoral” could there be?
